Customers wishing to become an Authorized Dealer must already be in the business of distributing medical/dental/veterinary/NDT imaging products to practitioners and servicing those products. Qualified Dealers must be in good standing in the industry and be able to demonstrate that they employ properly trained service representatives.

Yes, there is a $50 minimum order requirement, excluding shipping. If an order is less than $50, the difference is added to the invoice as a minimum charge. For example, if a parts order totals $42, an additional $8 will be added to the order as a minimum fee to bring the order up to the $50 requirement.

Typical lead time for processors is one week to 10 days from order receipt and/or payment. Most replacement parts are in stock and, with only a few exceptions, can be shipped out within 48 hours.

Most replacement parts can be shipped the same day if they are in stock. However, in order for parts to be shipped the same day, orders must be received by 1:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Parts can be shipped out overnight by indicating “overnight” or “red” on your Purchase Order.

Customers pay for shipping. AFP utilizes UPS to ship parts orders. If you have a UPS account, you can include your account details on your PO and UPS will bill you directly. Otherwise, shipping will be included on your invoice.

Film Processors are shipped on pallets via UPS Freight unless you specify another carrier.

With international shipments of Film Processors and parts, we can handle the shipping arrangements or you can do so through your own freight forwarder. We will contact you via email to discuss these options once your order is received.

Parts can be returned within 90 days of shipment and must be in pristine, unused condition. The return can be requested via email at orders@AFPmfg.com or by calling Customer Service at (914) 592-6665, extension 1.

In order to return parts, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from AFP with an RMA number, and the part must be returned within 15 days. All non-warranty parts returns will be assessed a 20% restocking charge.

If a warranty claim is issued, a replacement part will be dispatched once an RMA is issued by AFP. You will then have 15 days to return the defective part to AFP for inspection.

The Excel and 9000 Dental Film Processors are discontinued. In some cases, AFP still may have replacement part in stock. Please contact Customer Service at CustomerService@AFPmfg.com to inquire as to whether the specific replacement part is in stock.

AFP discontinued the Rear Exit and Two-Speed product lines and, due to limited customer demand, they are no longer available. Please click here to view our available Mini-Med models.

AFP product warrantees are voided upon transfer of ownership.
